Accredited Care is a New York State licensed home health care services agency, located in Jamestown, New York, in Chautauqua County.

All of Accredited Care's home health care services providers are licensed(or certified), bonded, and insured, and must pass a very thorough background check as well as competency exams. All home health care providers are supervised by a registered nurse(RN) in the form of on-site supervision, and also receive in-service classroom training throughout the year.
